Kerala State Co-operative Bank Prepared for Kerala Bank · RFP KB/IT/AMS/KSUM/07/2026

An audit system that speaks for itself.

One platform. Three instruments. Two rating engines. One certification track — and the Bank owns the rules. Accumo is a purpose-built Audit Management Solution for Risk-Based Internal Audit across 823 branches. This page is not a description of it. It is a piece of it.

The problem underneath the requirement

Ten pain points. Three real failures.

Fourteen district banks became one — 823 branches with fourteen ways of working. The audit function is running on paper, Excel and posted letters, on a two-week delay.

01

The record is fragile and slow

Paper forms get lost; a 459-question checklist lives in a multi-tab Excel whose formulas are often wrong; a branch's reply travels back as a letter over 3–7 days. By the time Head Office reviews, it is Day 14.

02

There is no memory, no standard

The same KYC gap appears three years running, because the system has no recollection. Fourteen merged districts still carry fourteen audit processes.

03

Head Office cannot see risk

HO telephones each region and gets a different format. There is no single picture — and against the RBI/NABARD RBIA framework, a manual Excel is a compliance exposure.

Live · the actual logic

The risk engine, in your hands

Move the sliders. Business Risk comes from size; Control Risk from how well the branch is run. Watch the 5×5 matrix resolve to a final rating — and to a real audit plan.

Business Risk
High size
Control Risk
High 58%

Higher marks mean a better-run branch — and therefore lower control risk. That polarity is the 4 August 2026 lock; the naïve “high marks = high risk” reading is exactly what we reject.

Control Risk → (L = best audit · EH = failed audit)

A preview of the live demonstration

Walk through a full audit.

The Bank named six things that must work live. Here is a working preview of that flow — a slice you can click through in the browser. The complete platform, run in the evaluation demonstration, goes far deeper: all 426 scored questions, four modules, live Finacle integration, across every branch and society.

Preview scope · 1 of 4 modules · 5 of 426 questions · a single branch — the full system is demonstrated live in the room
This is a preview, not the product. The full Accumo platform is a real, funded system — see it at accumo.co — and the complete working demonstration is run live for the evaluation committee.
The full solution

Everything Accumo brings — at a glance.

One platform carries the whole audit function. Click through the pieces; each is a real capability, not a slide.

The people behind it

Staffed on both sides of the sentence.

A bank hands its audit system to whoever it believes can understand the audit, build the software, integrate with Finacle, and still be standing in year five. This programme is staffed for all four.

Proof, not promises

A real product, already inside a Kerala bank.

MRCB — live since May 2026

We built and run four production applications for Mayyanad Regional Co-operative Bank — the same sector, the same state, the same Malayalam-first members as Kerala Bank. Bilingual, multi-role, audit-logged, India-resident. Not an AMS — but the nearest neighbour that matters, and proof this team ships and stays.

Accumo is a product

Accumo isn't a one-off bid. It's a funded AI-native audit platform — the RBIA OS is our core line. Kerala Bank is its flagship deployment.
